By enrolling in the Streams Inner Circle Coaching Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that this coaching program is a digital service with immediate access to proprietary materials, coaching, and strategic resources.

  • For payment plans, you agree to complete all scheduled installments. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to the program and legal follow-up for unpaid balances.

 

Coaching & Results Disclaimer

  • Streams Inner Circle offers strategic coaching, mentorship, and business development tools. While we provide proven frameworks and guidance, your success depends on your commitment, implementation, and effort.

  • We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or outcomes.

Access & Participation

  • Depending on your chosen tier, you will receive access to live sessions, replays, digital resources, and private community groups.

  • Access is limited to the individual who purchased the program. Sharing logins, materials, or session links is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the program.

 

 

Intellectual Property

  • All materials, templates, trainings, and recordings are the intellectual property of Cultivate University and  Torace Solomon Ministries and are provided for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

 

Confidentiality & Conduct

  • You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and refrain from disclosing any sensitive information shared within the community or coaching environment.

  • Disruptive behavior, including offensive language, solicitation, or disrespect toward other members or leadership, may result in removal from the program without refund.

 

Schedule & Communication

  • Group coaching sessions will be held at pre-scheduled times. You are responsible for attending or reviewing available replays.

  • Elite circle members may only book one individual session per month, and failure to do may result in delay to the program. Should a delay occur, it is at the coach's sole discretion whether the student will be allowed to continue.

  • You may contact the coaching team through designated communication channels for questions and support. Response times may vary.

 

Program Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or modify program content, scheduling, or structure as needed to enhance participant experience or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Legal Acknowledgment
